Tasting Dutch Foods

While I’m a big fan of classic British grub – be it the full English breakfast, crumpets, or good old Marmite – I’ve always been fascinated by foods from other countries. It’s my regret that I haven’t been able to see more of the world and try different cuisines. But, I’m hoping to rectify that over time, and even if I can’t get to other countries to try their food, then I’ll get their food to come to me!

To kick things off, I tried a handful of foods from the Netherlands where my parents visited recently. They’re not the most diverse or unusual foods to start off with, but we’re easing ourselves in! Where will we head off to next time?
