Brownies are great – they’re rich, gooey and so naughty. But often they’re crammed full of butter and eggs and that’s no good for Vegans and why should they miss out?
Enter: Vegan Brownies! These still have the rich squidginess of a Brownie, but they’re completely Vegan AND they’re also gluten-free and have zero refined sugars. If you have a nut allergy, then you can simply replace the Ground Almonds with Porridge Oats.
While I wouldn’t call them healthy, they definitely less naughty alternative to regular Brownies. And they’re so, SO easy to make! You just need a food processor and an oven and you’re good to go!
